When the summer sun sets, I often switch to red.

Just came back from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. While there, I tried local Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris wines, which were delicious!

Advice from Decanter magazine, regarding chilling different reds (in Celsius!). Don’t be afraid to put these on ice for a bit.

Bring some chilled reds outside on the blanket!
